This is one of my favourite fig from my collection. I would say its in the top 3 simply because I like sweet fruits.
Its tastes almost as if its been soaking in syrup for some time. The flavour is intense syrupy-honey sweetness that you don’t get from any other fig.
I look forward to this variety every year, almost excites me when I see it start swelling.
Baud describes this fig tastes so sweet that its almost too sweet.
